The decentralized cloud service provider, io.net, has partnered with Render Network (RNDR) to expand the network of AI-focused GPU suppliers. This partnership, part of the “Early Suppliers Incentive Program,” will distribute up to 1.14 million RNDR tokens, equivalent to $2.60 million.
Io.net’s objective is to grow its Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) for Artificial Intelligence (AI) by onboarding additional GPU suppliers. Render Network, on the other hand, will leverage its existing network of distributed GPU suppliers to support the creation of the world’s largest DePIN.
Notably, Render Network community members who possess consumer-grade GPUs (Nvidia RTX 4090 or lower) and operate fewer than 25 nodes will be eligible for enhanced rewards.
The partnership plans to issue RNDR rewards in phases over a total of eight weeks, with an initial distribution of 300,000 RNDR tokens, equivalent to $700,000.
What is next for AI GPU Suppliers and the Render Network?
The partnership believes that, by becoming suppliers of io.net, Render node use cases will expand beyond current applications.

In this context, the specialized cloud service provider is looking to meet this demand through the announced partnership. Moreover, this is accomplished by partnering with independent GPU suppliers and distributed computing projects such as Render Network.
